KENKO Investment for Health
ARTE has been certified by the KENKO Investment for Health (KIH) 2025 in the category of small-and medium-sized corporations under the “Certification System for Excellent Corporations for Health Management” implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Japan Health Council to promote the spread of health management.
This certification is in recognition of the company's efforts to strategically implement employee health management from a managerial perspective. We have been actively promoting the creation of a safe working environment and health promotion activities, placing the highest priority on the health of our employees. As a “company that values its employees,” we will continue to promote further health management.

The Japan Health Council is an organisation established to carry out effective activities with the full support of the government, in co-operation with a number of private organisations, to extend life expectancy and provide effective medical care for each and every citizen in Japan, where the birth rate is declining and the population is ageing rapidly.
It aims to implement robust measures in the workplace and in the community through the co-operation of private organisations such as business groups, medical groups and insurance companies, as well as local government.
